Uses: Trichloroethylene is an effective solvent , can be used as substitute for benzene and gasoline. Mainly used for metal degreasing agents and fats, oils, paraffin extraction agent. Also used as the paint thinner, paint remover, refrigerants, dehydrated alcohol distillation additives, anesthetics, sedatives, pesticides, fungicides, fumigants and organic synthesis intermediates.
